To provide a local avenue for Hunter Valley food producers to sell, share, and distribute their goods and to provide consumers access to this fresh produce and its associated food products. To increase our town and district's understanding and involvement of sustainable practices (reducing food waste, pest and diseases, reducing landfill etc.) and to work with growers, locals, community groups, government, business etc to educate, support and encourage this goal.
